Eligibility Criteria
- Eligibility for the Defence Banking Advisor has not been specified on the official notification, posted on the SBI official website. Experience required for this post is, that the applying candidates must be retired from the Lieutenant General post or any above rank in the Indian Army
- For the Economist role, candidates must have completed a Master’s Degree in Economics/Econometrics/Statistics/Applied Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Mathematical Economics/Financial Economics
- Candidates who have completed PhD in Economics/Banking/Finance/Statistics/Mathematics will be given more preference for Defence Banking Advisor role
