UGC NET 2024: Re-Exam admit cards will be live from August

UGC NET 2024 Re-exams will be held in the month of August. The re-exam is scheduled from August 21, 2024, to September 4, 2024. The admit card for the re-exams will be available on the official website after the announcement.

City center slip

The city center’s slip will be mentioned on the admit cards. After the release of the admit cards, candidates can check the details regarding the city centers. Candidates can download the admit card of the admit card link will go live on the official website.

The UGC NET 2024 exams were planned to be conducted on June 18, 2024 later the re-exams will be conducted on August 21, 2024. This time, the exams will be conducted in online mode.

CBT-based exams for UGC NET 2024

The CBT exams for the UGC NET 2024 will be conducted on August 21, 2024. The UGC NET 2024 exams are conducted for the recruitment of Junior Research Fellowship and PhD admissions. NTA initially planned to conduct the exams in offline mode for the UGC NET 2024.

Number of Applicants

When the registration for UGC NET 2024 was opened in December 2023, 9,45,872 candidates applied for this exam. Later when the registration link live, the number of applicants rose to 11,21,225. Out of the 11,21,225 applicants, 9,08,580 applicants appeared for the exams which is nearly 81%.
